Welcome to GreekChat, adpiangel! If you have a moment, read some of the "stickied" threads at the top of this forum, to acquaint yourself with it.

People from every GLO are able to read this, so you're not going to get a lot of answers on an open board. What I would suggest is that you ask for Private Messages concerning Pref Parties, and/or read this thread, along with the ones there are links to from that thread. The whole Recruitment Forum is practically dedicated to, well, Recruitment.

A lot depends on what type of Recruitment your school has (frills? no frills? house? room?), too. Feel free to PM me or anyone else who might have some suggestions!

Hope you enjoy your GreekChat experience!

Sisters, I think Bid Day Themes would help adpiangel, a lot!

And if you have a non-private clue as to what makes the perfect Pref Party, feel free to mention it. I mentioned mine in the thread I referenced - making the PNMs realize how much of a sisterhood we have without having too much crying.

So you are in charge of the both the pref party AND bid day? That is unusual. Your plans were due months ago...... What did your RD and TME Dir. say about them?
