Sisterhood and Citizenship
Crashing with a report about a DG at Roanoke. Talk about supporting / celebrating with sisters: several of her DG sisters accompanied her to her citizenship swearing-in, and she got to hug the President. Story, with link to another article, with pic, is at:

Last year, our DG president was a Canadian citizen who was granted citizenship on Valentine's Day. We all celebrated it at our spring retreat!
It was especially funny because every year, we have "Delta Grammy" awards, and she was awarded "Most Likely to Become President of the United States." She laughed and said, "Guys, you know I can't!" |
