Both girls in the beach volleyball thing. I just saw them on TV tonight. Awesome.

Indeed, Misty May and Kerri Walsh. The finals were up in Boulder today and we almost decided to go -- but didn't.

The best man in our wedding sometimes directs Beach Volleyball at the Olympics, but I don't know if he's doing it this year of not.

I've directed some Pro-Beach, but not a lot.

Swimmers

Amanda Beard, Olympic Gold Medalist (2004), American Record Holder, and former World Record Holder in the 200 meter breaststroke.
No one expected her to make the US team this year, because instead of training, she was busy doing stuff like this:

ETA: I should also add that there are THREE former Gators on this year's team. World Record Holder Ryan Lochte, NCAA Record Holder Caroline Burkle, and American Record Holder (and 41-year-old) Dara Torres. GO GATORS!

The World's Fastest Man is an Arkansas alumn but he got hurt (Tyson Gay).

With our track and field program one of the most dominant programs in the history of NCAA sports, we have quite a few Olympians.
