starting a new sorority chapter help!!
 

i am a member of sigma beta xi sorority inc. i am tyring to build my chapter up in virginia beach, va area. I need some help of how to get out there and advertise. if you all have any ideas please let me know. i am stuck right now. :(

I'd never heard of Sigma Beta Xi, but found your national website http://sigmabetaxi.org/home/index.cfm, very interesting! There are other VA chapters, one that looks like it's down in southern VA, have you gotten in touch with them? Do you have a website? Since the core constituency seems to be women with children, maybe start with other community groups (Moms Clubs, etc.), go where Moms go, the library, grocery store, kids play places, churches, etc. Good luck!
