Where do you have events in NYC?
 

Hi! I'm trying to bring legit GLOs (we have undergrounds, but the school doesn't recognize any organization, so we're going to try and fix that!!!) to my school here in NYC. And we want to have a party for the girls who are interested in our "interest group" to come to, but we're having difficulties on where we should have it.

Does anyone know of a fairly inexpensive place to have this party? It has to be a place that allows people under 21 (not all of us at quite there yet :P) and preferably in Manhattan.

Also, I've never planned anything like this, so help would you recommend going about this?

what school?

CUNY John Jay. We're just starting this, so we know we'll need lots of people interested to make it work (especially since there's already groups on campus and they have probably been working for this too.) We just want interested people right now, so we know its going to be worth it and we're able to prove that students do want Greek Life here.
