im the new treasurer for the summer of my pg any recomendation?

What kind of recommendations are you looking for?

If you need info on what is the responsibility for a Treasurer, go to the National website and get a copy of the Treasurer book that part of the Leadership Series. It explains what the duties are.

As your group is moving toward Chartering, its important that you be prepared with chapter funds, especially funds needed for submission to the national office for activiation, and be prepared to handle funds for pledge fees, activation fees, and AAMD.

If you don't understand what those are, that's why you need to get that booklet.

Also touch base with your advisors and sponsor for help. That's what they are there for.

Summers
 

I know things are different at most schools during summer sessions, but it may not be so at Community Colleges which tend toward a 12 month concept. Is the group going to be operating differently during the summer session(s)?
