HELLO WORLD. Ok. I am in Sigma Alpha at LSU. If you don't know who we are, let me give a bit of an explanation. We are an Agricultural sorority...made up of Ag and Non Ag Major girls...we have community services, are the only professional/social sorority, and we need an event to host that noone has done before. Does anyone have any ideas?? This is one of the ways we can also become noticed a bit more on campus since we are very small...but believe me..when have tons of fun. So let me know and help me out PLEASEEEEEEEEE. Thanks. By the way, I know that Spring is a semester that most sororites have their fundraising events, so best of luck to you all..also to the fraternities. BEST OF LUCK.

BABELSUSA- I have a great idea for a fundraiser. My sororities nanional philanthropy is Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and we hosted a Lip Sync competition to both sororities and fraternities. We usually hold the event right before finals. They get small groups under 10 together and make up a skit and do whatever they want, but they do not have to sing they get theie own music together. There is a lot of freedom with this event. You can do just about anything. Last year the sorority that won did Dixie Chicks Ready to Run it was great. And the fraternity that won did several songs. The biggest hit of there songs was the Tong Song. We had a lot of fun and raised several thousands of dollars. We also had a rffel and distributed przes. Hope this helped out.

"Seek The Noblest"

Babe, my Fraternity does several things. One is they get the Soros. to join them in a hot-tub-a-thon for 48 yours in front of the house. Last year, we donated 3,200.00 to Ronald Mc Donald House. Well most looked like Prunes as there was snow on the ground! This also gave us some good PR.
