Street cries in Greece
Hy, my name is Antonio and I'm Italian. I study foreign languages for Web in Palermo.
In this period I'm writing my graduation thesis and its title will be "Street voices" about street cries around the world. In my country vendors often cry out to sell your wares; it's like an advertising to call prospective clients. This cries are like song poetries, and markets are very musical. Searching information about this theme, I've found that vendors (especially peddlars) cry their wares everywhere, and in "youtube.com" I've found some videos about greek markets where yours vendors are crying. So, I wuold like to know how do you call "street cries" in greek? Please, could you write some your typical "street cries"? (in greek and in english translation) Thank you very much. Bye Antonio |
Sorry. You've got the wrong kind of Greek. This site is for members of American collegiate fraternities and sororities (Greek Letter Organizations).

But that really sounds like an interesting topic for a thesis!
