Are any brothers attending the 25/52 Cookout this year? And how have women brothers been treated at these functions? I am wanting to go but I want to find out what goes on there before I decide to give my money to reserve my spot.
*Forgive me if this has been asked before. I don't want to go through 29 pages of threads...lol*

I *should* be there. Not real sure yet.
I would encourage you to go. Just go and have a good time and do you. Check out the website if you haven't already (shoot me a PM if you don't have it). Lots of fun events Thursday-Sunday, and the majority of Saturday is a huge service project at Morris Brown College I believe. We're going to be hosting a fair for the neighborhood kids and having a school supply drive as well. Also it's not called the "Cookout" anymore. The name got changed to "25/52 Service Weekend" which I think is much much better. Ok, enough of the shameless plug BUT it's a very positive weekend overall.
As far as how women are treated, I can honestly say that it's not a big of a deal as people think. For example, I went to Tally last month and there was a cookout the following Sunday. There were some members there from FAU (and I think from your chapter as well). they wore letters, nobody gave it a second thought. They were treated respectfully from what I could see. You can PM me if you want and we can talk more, I'm not a member but I've been to a lot of these :)
