Ok, I know someone was complaining about Dawson's Creek's negative comment about fraternities but I couldn't find that thread so I just wanted to give you guys the warning that Jack will be rushing a fraternity in the upcoming season.

On a positive note for all you Legally Blonde fans, it looks like a script is being written for the sequel.

This is a little off topic but did anyone catch CSI last week? I never watch the show, I just happened to catch the greek presence as I was flipping through the channels. Anyways, it was awful, they really chewed up fraternities. Did anyone else see it?

LilG, was that the episode where the hazing killed the pledge brother? I didn't see it last week but I think that might be the episode you're talking about.

I heard that also, however, I also heard that on the show Jack will be coming out to his fraternity brothers, and that is going to be portrayed in a positive light..At least it won't stereotype fraternity men all as homophobes..

Anyone see Law and Order SVU (i think it was a rerun) a few weeks ago ... it was almost an exact replica of the alleged situation at Sam Houston a few years back. Just sad that this is the media's portrayal of Greek systems. Why don't they ever focus on the positive aspects??? And why don't they get the facts straight before acting like a whole Chapter/national is guilty... Grrrrrr....

Yes, I did see that one a few months ago..that was the sorority "Kappa Delta Kappa", and the sorority had a meth lab in their basement and some sisters drugged on of their newest members. It was awful. I told some of my Tri Delta friends and DG friends and as could be expected, we were appalled!

rerun of three sisters last night-- one of the sisters said "I was in a sorority and the only time we were 1/2 naked was so that the older girls could circle where we were too fat."

Grrrrr.
