CU fraternity Kappa Sigma to be reinstated

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - A fratnerity that lost its University of Colorado charter in 2002 for alcohol and hazing rules violations will be reinstated this fall.

Kappa Sigma began reorganizing under new leadership in 2006 and now has 65 members, who will soon be allowed to move into the fratnerity house on University Hill in Boulder.
