is there a sorority like this?

alright.. im sure a million of you will jump on may case for this
but its whatever

alright..
i go to a private baptist school, and all of the sororities here on campus are pretty... girly... for lack of a better word.

dressing up on chapel days and the like.
there's a large number of girls, myself included, here that do not fit into the type of group that all these sororities are...

i was wondering if there are any out there that are not like this?
like.. i guess just more action and recreation based and not so.... cliche?

my friend is talking about starting one, but i figured i could see if theres something already there that we dont know about yet.

a sorority for the girls that dont act like girls... heh

Sororities don't have a "national" character or stereotype. Chapters vary from campus to campus.
If you want "action" and "recreation", why don't you check out intermurals or community service groups on your campus?

She should join Alpha Sigma Sigma, an excellent sorority to put her back into it... :)

I don't think they have the fitness schedule that she desires...

I think a better one is Sigma Epsilon Xi... She will have a lot of hot fun in the summertime.

Yes, they have very active chapters...although not in the community service sense...

How about Delta Omicron Alpha Sorority that gets back at harsh mean fraternity leaders? ;)

AKA_Monet 04-12-2008 03:43 AM

Or MIT's Gamma Alpha Gamma...

Xidelt 04-12-2008 03:44 AM

What about Phi Epsilon Mu, a sorority version of N.O.W.?

I like that one... How about this one Kappa Upsilon Nu Tau Sorority?

Xidelt 04-12-2008 03:50 AM

ouch!
For the partier in all of us, Kappa Epsilon Gamma.

Xidelt 04-12-2008 03:52 AM

Or perhaps, Rho Upsilon Phi...for those who don't care about their personal appearance?

Here's a good one:

Delta Rho Upsilon Nu Kappa Sigma Sorority... For those times that you really want to experience wetness... ;) But, I don't know what the greek life office will do.

Xidelt 04-12-2008 03:54 AM

Yeah, I'm thinking risk management insurance will NOT be included with dues for many of these potential organizations!
