Beauty Gadgets

One of my friends just had this get together at her house where a NuSkin consultant was there with this gadget called the Galvanic Spa. I'm pretty sure that NuSkin is a glorified pyramid (MLM) scheme, just since half of the presentation was on becoming a "distributor", but the product seemed to be interesting. They did the Galvanic Spa treatment on half our faces and on some women the effect was really obvious. (Lifted, glowing skin on the side that was treated.) I know some aestheticians use galvanic machines during facials. Anyone heard of this or have any experience with it? I figured someone on here would have heard of it or know something about it, but there's very little online about it. I'm thinking I may get sucked in to purchasing one of these things

I don't actually know anything about NuSkin, but maybe you could find something comparable from a non-NuSkin source and have a product you are interested in without giving an info to a potential pyramid scheme.

I actually looked around quite a bit online and can't find much. I should have been clearer in my question: I'm curious if anyone has tried one of these handheld galvanic gadgets and what their results were. I'm definitely not going to get sucked into the potential pyramid aspects of it.

I'm not exactly sure what NuSkin is. However in the 1990's and up until she got very sick, my mom used to use the Time Machine electrolosis device from Forever Spring by Connie Stevens. The results of her using that were amazing and instant. You can check it out here:

the time machine does require the collagen skin quencher as a conductor to use with it.
