What are the biggest chapters?

Recently the 20 biggest chapters attended a special conference and I found myself curious as to which Phi Mu chapters are the largest. Does anyone know?

And perhaps this is a bit immature, as all Phi Mu chapters are fabulous, but I'm curious to know at what schools Phi Mu is the top/most-elite sorority...

I know Phi Mu is huge at Auburn...

Will ANYONE reply with more?

Pardon the forum crash...

It's likely you're not getting the replies you want because most NPC women on GreekChat believe that being elite and top tier are not appropriate for topics of discussion, even if it's of their own organization.

While I'm not sure of all the chapters that attended the larger chapter leadership conference, I'm pretty sure that at least UF and maybe FSU were there and most likely 'Bama's chapter and UGA and Ole Miss. Chapter's like these.

As far as an "elite" chapter, whatever would you mean? We're all in the same organization, so why would that even matter?

Hi, Pretty in Pink. Not surprising the larger chapters are at schools with large quotas and totals, eg 60, 70 even 80 Phi's. So, definitely Ole Miss, Bama, LSU, etc. Many of these campuses will have new/returning sororities in the fall to shrink quota to a more manageable level.

I know Phi Mu is obviously great everywhere because I love Phi Mu - I wasn't asking for the "elite" chapters per say.

I really just meant, which chapters are the most prominent but not necessary the largest. I was simply curious at which colleges Phi Mu is very firmly rooted in the system, as in where (at what schools) is it the oldest or most respected chapter?

I didn't mean anything harmful by my question. I don't believe in sorority "ranking" or "top tier/bottom tier" silliness.

^^^Oh! I knew that. Cos you're my sister!

Cheesy moment: Isn't it fun and kinda crazy that we're all sisters?! Even though we don't know each other, we're still all connected.

I love it.
