I heard from my daughter that the young woman who was murdered at Auburn was a DG. Does anyone know if that is true? Sad regardless of whether she is greek or not. Makes you worry about your daughter being away at school.

Please accept my condolences. It is so very sad. I am sure the chapter is very upset about this awful tragedy. I was hoping this was an "urban legend".

Her name was Lauren Burk and she was just 18 years old. There is a news story here:
