Thanks girls! It snowed 34 years ago today when I was born and it is a complete blizzard here right now. In Tennessee. At the end of March.

But it makes for a more relaxing evening....

Pardon the hijack; I'm half-delirious. Did you say 'blizzard in TN'? Where? And how much snow?? (I do agree, though, that it is very peaceful to watch the snow fall... especially if you have no place to go... let it snow, let it snow... ;))

Hahaha! Well, I do tend toward the hyperbole every now and then. ;) When I was typing it was snowing HARD. Big heavy flakes that were sticking. And it was still around this morning! We got about 2 inches total at my house, so not textbook blizzard in terms of accumulation, but if it had stuck around for a couple more hours, it would have been! Nothing on the roads - just really really pretty on the trees and grass.

It's supposed to be 57 and sunny today, so it will be gone by lunchtime.... I'm in Northeast Tennessee, in the foothills of the mountains. The higher elevations got a whole lot more.
