Gift for Sweetheart
 

I'm the Consul at Beta Psi, and our sweetheart (my girlfriend) is about to return from out of the country, where she has been for the entirety of her term thus far. It is also her birthday.

I thought it would be appropriate to give her something both for her birthday and also recognizing her election as Sweetheart.

I've heard of a "sweetheart necklace" or something similar, but I cannot find anything, no matter where I look.

Any hints or tips?
