Bow tie & cummerbund in purple, green . . .

With General Assembly coming up and the formal dinner thereat, I started to think about my costume and thought that a purple, green, and gold tie & cummerbund set would be nice. I've seen them in the past but I have no clue who made them - it had to be a custom order.

Any ideas?

Even better than that!

Buy a white tuxedo and TIE-DYE IT GREEN, PURPLE and GOLD!!!!

Oh man, that would be so awesome.

John, there was a link that shows just what you are looking for.

I tried to find it and am sorry I could not dig it up for you!

Maybe some else can remember?

When I got my tux I bought an extra purple cummerbund and bow tie. They're quite easy to find. John, that and the fez you got (along with your badge) should just about do it. You don't want to look like you just stepped out of a mardis gras parade. :)

The fez rests in Biff's office

Yeah, well, after paying what you did for it, I think they'll let you wear it.

From Beau Ties Ltd., the Bourbon Street tie:

(That is a purple stripe.)

They can make a coordinating cummerbund.

John: Contact Ed Leonard - he has the whole set & wore it when Northwestern got their charter back about ten years ago. Methinks he knows somewhere in Nawlins that has 'em.

In ZAX,
BF

I'll drop Ed a note tomorrow.
