Kappa Girls
Hey everyone!
Are there any Kappas out there? Or, if you're not a Kappa, what are they like on your campus? |
The Kappas at my school change every year. It's sooo strange. The year I joined, there were a tiny and unpopular house. Two years later, they were the second most popular, and second largest (of seven houses). Then they trailed off again a bit and now I think they're somewhere in the middle. My best friend and I rushed together, and she joined Kappa and I joined Gamma Phi. I was friends with a lot of the Kappas and LOVED them. They were a great bunch of girls.

Hey KappaGirl2--
I was intitated at the Delta Chapter of KKG at Indiana University. (I graduated in '98). While I was there, we were one of the top houses on campus--my Junior year we won both of the major Greek events (Little 500 and IU Sing), and we also won Chapter of the Year. During grad school (University of Iowa) I was Membership (Rush) Advisor to the Beta Zeta chapter. They are a wonderful chapter, certainly in the upper-half of chapters at Iowa, and they are stellar girls. They are smart, and so caring . . . not to mention a lot of fun!! Now I live in Boston, where I am the New Member (pledgeship) advisor to the Zeta Alpha chapter at Babson College. Again--these girls are smart, beautiful, and so genuine. There are only 2 sororities at Babson, so you really can't rank them, but they are just super girls. I never cease to be amazed at my luck with the KKG chapters I've been associated with . . . just wonderful groups of women! I would have to agree, the Kappa chapter here at the University of Iowa is stellar.. their house is absolutely huge and quite pretty. the girls are reall friendly and get involved on campus, outside of their sorority obligations.

Hello Kappa Girls,
How are you? The Kappa's at Marist College were the most outstanding girls I just graduated and I miss them so much) They were the type of eople you could always count on for anything! I just recently moved to Boston and joined the alumni association here. All the women that I have met thus far are just as outstanding! Kappa's in general rock! |
