I finally made it in and now once i am hiring freezes as well as layoffs. What really hacks me off is the fact that Calif educational standards are going to pay through the nose. What are some of your predictions /outcomes on the matter?

I haven't heard anything yet. Do you have a website where I can read up on it? How can the entire state of California limit education opportunities? Do they want another riot burning down the entire state?
