It depends on the chapter. Legacies are given special consideration but its not a guarantee for most houses. Just don't go into rush overly confident that you'll receive a bid and theres a good chance you will.

Ole Miss Phi Delt is an excellent chapter...

as Phi Gam said, don't walk in acting like you'll get a bid purely on being a legacy.

It will help......some. But definitely won't seal the deal.

It makes it harder for the chapter to blackball you.
