Collaborate with some other larger orgs that have a larger following.
Talk to your friends and have them talk to their friends Create small handouts and give them to people and talk to them about the org Create an interest group on facebook or any other social networking site and invite people to join for more info |

Also, your university should have preview days or campus visits. You could also ask if your organization can set up a table or assist with tours, etc. |
I don't know which sorority you are interested in (and would not recommend that you state that information here), but most sororities have a representative who works with interest groups. You should ask that person for help/suggestions with this matter first.

I'm confused, is this woman an interest in the sense that they are trying to bring said Latina Sorority on campus, or (as she seems to be stating) is there already a chapter on campus, but it is a small chapter (5 women) and she's asking how to recruit more women like herself so that there can be a line/pledge class soon?
If the latter, isn't it the realm of the women that are actual members of said org to do the recruiting? |

i know, could go either way. if it is the former, one of the best thing as an interest is to continue to maintain your enthusiasm towards the sorority to other interests. approach friends/other ladies who you feel would be interested in greek life and be a contributor to the sorority (so don't do it just because they are interested in being a founder or wearing greek letters). |
I think she asked it to be deleted as she found her answer.
