D4 District Days!
 

Visiting Longwood was amazing! Our Alpha chapter girls were wonderful hosts, and the whole weekend was so much fun! It was breathtaking to see the clock and the rotunda with not only ASA history, but KD, ZTA, and Tri Sigma history as well. AND THEY WORE THE JUMPERS FOR US! I also got to meet Dolly Loyd. Man is she a fireball!

I have to brag on my District a bit, because all chapters in my district took quota and total during recruitment, are all completely 100% debt free, had the highest D-Days attendance ever, and were all such good representatives for their chapters. Also, many of our chapters have set chapter service hour requirements that are well beyond the national requirements.


Another awesome thing is that we saw a TON of Phi Mu Alphas around campus, and finally asked how big their chapter was - turns out they were also having their Province event this weekend at Longwood.

ETA: I met cuteASAbug as well! More about that at another time, because I am wore out!

Glad you enjoyed my alma mater, AF! :) The Wood will always be close to my heart!

YAY for DDAY it was amazing. The campus is gorgeous and it was great to meet sisters from all chapters. It was also really cool to meet a 50-year member. As well as AlphaFrog.

Haha nope. We've had contact outside of the internet, but never in real life.

I just finished uploading all of my pictures from this weekend and now have to upload them to Sister Circle. I just wanted to share this picture with ya'll (spent too much time in the South this weekend), because I think it's really sweet and captures what Alpha Sigma Alpha is all about.

I was taking candid pictures and I saw the two of them talking and hugging and got a little camera-happy. This is my favorite picture of that whole day. :)

I am going to District Days this weekend in Kansas City. I think our National President will be in attendance. It will be tons of fun! I am glad you enjoyed D-4's event. I am so jealous- I would have loved to have seen Longwood.
