It's a new season for NASCAR. Jr is with Hendrick now, and there has been a lot of team switching. Plus the COT is racing a full season. I think most, if not all the NASCAR fans are gone from GC with the exception of me,:p but if there are any new fans on GC, post here, because football season is long gone. Thank God.:rolleyes::D

I'll be a fan of NASCAR when Michael Schumacher decides to change over, being as how Open-Wheel is way too easy for him.

And, that's only because Mario Andretti isn't racing anymore.

Ah, I'm just joking. But NASCAR is only "ok" for me. The fact that they're in an oval means you're going as fast as you possibly can at almost any given time, also, there is stretegy involved with pitting in and passing and using the vaccuum as a slingshot and etc etc etc...

But I love racing lines, so Indy wins over NASCAR in my heart... My apologies, Good Brother, I'm sure that's blasphemy to your ears.

That and the first IMAX movie I ever saw involved Michael Andretti, so despite the "Andretti Curse," I have much respect for the family.

Congratulations to Dale Jr. for winning Saturday night's shootout.

I still think he's way overated. No championships won and he didn't even win a single race last season...not one, but yet he's on every cover of every magazine as if he won 30 races in one season and more championships than Richard Petty.

Don't even mention Richard Lee and Junior in the same sentence!

Now, if you wanna compare Daddy Earnhardt to The King, then that might be a different post altogether...
