Getting a Forum started??

How would a person go about getting a forum started for a sorority that is not on the large list of organizations already? IF anybody has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated!

Are there a lot of members that are active on GC? That would be step one. Step two would be to contact the site admin, John.
