It's an interesting idea where if you've purchased Grand Theft Auto, that you could get $35 back given hidden scenes:

Here's a quick tip: if you downloaded the patch (not offered by the manufacturer), viewed the scene, then were offended by it to the extent that you want a refund/damages, you are an asshole. Just because it's cheaper for Rockstar to settle than fight it does not mean you are not an asshole. Trust me, you still are. While Ben Franklin rotates in his grave, concentrate on not being a massive, smelly asshole for a while, instead of your outrage at something that is, effectively, your own fault and is literally a result of your own action. The next time you see the fake-mahogany beauty of a courtroom, I hope it is because you were arrested for peeing on your own mom, because that is what assholes do I assume, and you are (still, and in whole) a titanic douche-needing asshole. Don't feel like you are right here, because you clearly are not - you're just an asshole. Collect your money, take it to Check Into Cash, pay your fee and turn it into nickels, then fill your bathtub with those nickels and swim in them like Scrooge McDuck (who is also, in all likelihood, an asshole) - preferably old, lead-laden nickels.

I live in a cave and knew enough about GTA to know it wouldn't be on my hit parade.

I'm offended that the patch wouldn't let me pick that chick up upside down in the piledriver position and get busy.

That is pretty damn sad. I remember in the first game you could pick up hookers...thats what this game is about...sex, drugs, and violence. How the hell can animated sex, that you intentionally downloaded a patch for, offend you?

This is why I dislike most people I meet....

Having never looked into the game (so *not* a gamer), I thought this was a pretty interesting topic as even I knew that there were...shall we say...questionable morals involved with this game. It kinda ranks up there with being able to sue because the coffee was too hot. I saw an article last year about how many more kids entering college wanted to become lawyers. I'm beginning to understand why--no shortage of work.
