pulled muscle in the groin?

ugh..okay i have a question to ask. at the beginning of this month i started working out again...it had been forever. so i workout about 3 or 4 times a month. i get on the cross trainer machine for either 30 or 45 minutes, head off to do some crunches, and then some machines for my arms. i never stretch and recently i started feeling this uncomfortable feeling down there, maybe around my bladder- its really hard to say. its not painful, just uncomfortable and i feel this when i walk. it kind of goes and comes and ive just had enough of wondering, so im going to the doctor this afternoon. just wondering if anyone has felt something like this before to ease my mind :) could this sound like a pulled muscle in the groin????

I would say call your doc...it could be a groin pull..or..it could be a hernia
