Qualifications to become a Greek Advisor?

Most Greek Advisors/Directors of Greek Life/etc have at least some sort of advanced degree in Student Personnel, Student Affairs, or Higher Ed Administration. Many of them have years of experience in other areas of student affairs like residence life or campus life before they became involved with Greeks.

Yeah, it's more complicated than I thought (of course) but it's still something I'd like to learn more about. Maybe I can go back to school after I get married...
