general rush question

During second and through final rounds do the sororities know which and how many sororities the PMNs are still rushing? Like during theme rounds do the sorority members know which other parties (whose and how many)the PMNs are attending?

Nope, they would only know if you volunteer the info. Only you, Panhellenic recruitment team, and your Rho Gamma will know your full schedule unless you share.

Thanks violetpretty! Also do the sororities know if the PMN is a legacy or not?

They know if you are a legacy to THEIR sorority, but they don't always know if you are a legacy anywhere else.

It depends on the campus, and what kind of registration they use, plus recs. I know with ICS, which is what Maryland uses, each chapter can only see who their legacies are. Before we were with ICS, PHA sent out a big Excel spreadsheet with registration info, including HS and legacy info if applicable.

Of course, if you have an older sister who is an active in a chapter on the same campus, your legacy status will be hard to hide, particularly if she is well known. Also, some rec forms ask for legacy info for other sororities if applicable, so chapters may know that way.

Vandy uses ICS, and you can see who is a legacy to which sorority and by which relative. I guess it depends on the school and how they are using ICS.

Yeah, it must have to do with the settings, because I know we could only see our legacies.
