Georgetown University

did you guys ever have a chapter at Georgetown University?

My grandpa was in an Italian-American fraternity there in the 50s. I believe he mentioned it having an "Alpha" in the name. Can one of you do a search for his name in the directory if I give you his name?

I am not an Alpha Phi Delta, but I am a Georgetown alum. I do know that Georgetown had social fraternities in the 50s and they were dissolved in the 60s. I am sorry that I don't remember if Alpha Phi Delta was one of them.

It might be a long time before I find myself back at the University library to find out for you, although I do live in DC. It would be helpful if I knew if your grandfather was in the School of Foreign Service. (They had a separate yearbook.)
