Big/Lil, and more

This spring semester is our 1st time having an official rush and we are in the process of cleaning everything up and fixing out book to make sure everything we have is right. So I was hoping someone can just help us with some confusion we have.

1. What do we do if we have more pledges then sisters for the big/lil?
- I figured each sister will get another if it evens out, but please correct me.

2. On the crest I know some use symbols. Is it okay to use a symbol that doesn't exist? Example: pearls, treasure chest?

Yep, the big would just have twins (2 littles). I think that would be fine.

As for the crest question...I don't get it. What kind of symbol doesn't exist?

Well I'm not sure if like pearls or a treasure chest even exists as symbols for crest.

Um...sorry for still not getting it, but you can design your crest however you want! If you wanted to put a liger on it, you could! I think pearls and/or a treasure chest are definitely something you could put on a crest. Not sure how the pearls would appear (white circles?) but it's still something you could do.

It's fine! But thanks I actually have another question.

We been going crazy over pins, no idea were to order them. I guess we would never be able to get a pins like national sorority's have. Although is there some site that can help us create descent ones.

Yeah, you can design them online. I saw one site that would let you make enamel pins. I know our new member pins are made from enamel. You could make your own if you wanted, but I'm not sure how fancy they could be. We made our own when we were a local (but it was really just to show to our future nationals!) We glued these pink rhinestone like things on pins...I can't describe it really, but I swear it was better than it sounds.

I see lol, do you think you can share the site you used?
