I strained my back earlier today, and it hurts like crazy. I'm glad I was at my parents' house when it happened, cuz my mommy has been taking care of me. It sucks cuz I can't move that much without it hurting.

I've had some Vicodin, and I put ice and a heat pad on it. Ahhh! Oh, I have a back brace, too. I just want some TLC from GC. (I need more acronyms!)

that blows!! i had a sore back the other day so i used those ThermaCare heat wraps and it worked wonders! feel better!

Awww I hope you feel better soon, I keep having major back spasms, and I know i'll end up at the chiropractor.... for the 5th time... I am 24 but feel like i'm 85...!

Yeah I had weird spasms yesterday. It's better today, but I still feel like an old lady!
