Ongoing mentoring
 

Say, Sigma Nu's, is LEAD primarily a new member education program? Lasting a few months? Or is it an ongoing (3-4 years) program that all brothers participate in?

LEAD is a four-phase member development program.

Phases can be thought of as a school year. We are currently starting to push past having just the Candidate L.E.A.D. program and are having our L.E.A.D. phase two. And I have to say that they are very helpful and I am looking forward to pursuing the next phases.

It varies from chapter to chapter. Our national organization doesn't really micromanage the LEAD process. In fact, it is still optional as far as I know (but it's very highly encouraged).

Honestly I think LEAD is a great program. We push it like no other here at Zeta Kappa and have won many awards not only at school but at College of Chapters as well. I hear that they are revamping Phase 3 so more chapters implement it, just wondering how they'll do that
