ADPi's with cool careers
Hey ladies, I am starting to apply for jobs after I graduate (well, and grad schools). I am an international relations major and I want to be a diplomat one day.
I heard rumor that there is an ADPi advisor who is like an FBI agent or something? Are there other women involved in Capitol Hill, etc that are ADPi's, and does anyone know them? This also prompted me to think of cool careers that some women have. I went to convention and they honored that lady who helped invent Viagra. What other cool jobs have you heard of for ADPi's? I'll go first and list the obvious: Karen Hughes, ambassador, Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs. |
Not a rumor- there is an ADPi (former Leadership Consultant) who now consults for the FBI... several sisters work on the Hill or in DC... we have a sister working in the Press Secretary Office of the White House...
Personally I work for a pharmaceutical company and design clinical trials in the Oncology area and travel all over the world with my job and still have time for ADPi so I think it's pretty awesome! |
Pretty cool! You said you travel, where all have you been?

Isn't former TCC Maria Miller the Press Secretary for Lynn Cheney?
My own DC years are long over, but I was mainly with Presidential Advance. If you want to know more about it, PM me. There's a mistaken opinion that I was a White House intern, and I don't feel I owe any explanations for someone reading something incorrectly. |
