PRYTANIS-runnin for it-tips/advice

I am looking for some help. I am apart of the rho zeta chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon and am soon running for president. I would like any advice on either running for prytanis, and more importantly how to be a great one. Any advice you could give would greatly help me and my fraternity as a whole. Maybe something like things you had done, if you held the position, or your prytanis had done that worked out very well, or even some advice on tactics to lead, have brothers pay dues, etc. So if you could leave some love and some tips, it would be greatly appreciated.

Previous positions held: Hypophetes, Epi-Prytanis (due to hypo and current V.P. resigning), and fundraising and philanthropy chair.

Thank You
Y.I.T.B.

Well, give me some more specifics of what exactly you need. As I'm sure you know, every chapter is different, so you might not have the same needs as other chapters.

How about this....Give us some idea of the problems you may be expecting to arise, specifically, so that we can give you suggestions. If you don't want everyone hearing everything, PM me and I will do my best to help you out.

When it comes to dues, one thing that worked great for out chapter was using Omega Financial. It gave us the ability to pay with a credit card. Also, they sent you statements and if you didn't pay, it would be reflected on your credit report. It made some guys really get their act together when it came to paying. Again, give us some specifics or PM me. Good luck.
