Any mechanics out there?
 

I was wondering how often you have to replace front contral arms and bushings? I had mine replaced last year, drove about 9,000 miles in last year (mostly city driving) and had to have them replaced again this year plus 2 new front tires b/c of damage from the bad arms. Just wondering if I am going to have to replace these things every year or am I being taken for a ride so to speak?

You got bad parts - or bad workmanship. In the 10 years I have had my car I don't believe I have ever replaced a control arm or bushing much less twice in a year. The parts should have a 12 month 12K warranty to them- and talk to the part manufacturer about helping with the tires as it was the bad parts that ruined them.
