Tips on interviewing for your first "management" job

On Friday I have a phone interview for my first job in management. But, I don't believe that I will have anyone reporting to me. I think is just a job title descriptive word.

Does anyone have an insight of what I could expect on a phone interview or a face-to-face interview?

-I work in Association management and the position is for Manager, Program Development

What is the job title? That might be helpful to know.

As far as the phone interview, be prepared for all of the normal interview questions: Tell me about yourself/Where do you see yourself in 5/10 years?/If your coworker does [insert bad thing here] what do you do?/Tell me about a time when you used [insert job function skill here] to solve a problem.
Also, I've always been told to dress up like a regular interview...even if they can't see you, you'll feel more confident and prepared.
