NPC "cousins" -
I am working on my annual NPC Badge Day article, and this year I want to highlight those programs which focus on developing leadership and other aspects of personal development. Gamma Phi Beta has our PACE (Personal And Chapter Enrichment) programs - what does your GLO do to help its members on a personal level? Thanks -

ASA has Advantage, and I'm actually going to be doing the Advantage Education presentation at one of the ASA District Days this year. As soon as I get the presentation from the powers that be, I'll pull out a few key points for you. Advantage was new about 7 years ago, and it just underwent a huge makeover last year, after they found out what was and wasn't working.:)

AOII has "Fullfilling the Promise"- A Promise to Live our Values, A Promise to Learn, A Promise to Lead, A Promise to Serve.

DPhiE has the PEARL Program--Personal Enrichment Activities for Responsible Living.
