Back at you Mike and to all of my Brothers here!

I will as usual work 1/2 a day and then go over to my buddy Bookem when he gets off duty!

What is neat about his wife Debbie, she will cook for 20 and there will be only 6 of us and her daughter eats very little! Big sack of let overs for me to bring home!:D

If any are travelling, be safe and enjoy being miserable from eating to much!:)

I'd suggest soaking in a brine for 12 to 18 hours. Worked great today for me.
