Internships
 

Hi there guys,
I am currently looking for an internship this summer somewhere in the event planning field. I will be spending my summer in Omaha so somewhere around there would be GREAT! Does anyone know of anything,. or know any good places to look?
As it is I have been looking online and am also going to start sending out a resume and cover letter to anyone that even owns an Event Planning business in that area. Thanks for the help guys!

Are they any large festivals in area? CA girl here, so don't know.
I did an event planning certificate program a few years back and a few people did their internships at major fairs/festivals, like for music and food.
Just google it, type Omaha, or Nebraska, festivals, fairs etc. Large ones often have paid staff that isn't that large and would love help. The event sites usually have an email link.
