I'm 19, I'll be 20 next month. Just one more year and I'll hit the big TWO-ONE!

I just turned 23 a week ago. Just an aside, and it isn't meant to offend anyone: I always find it funny how Americans are so excited to turn 21, I guess because by the time we reach 21 the whole excitement of being able to go out and drink legally has long passed: we get excited about 1-8 or 1-9 http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif.

14 or 15....whenever you can "make friends" with the older kids...........

I not excited because I can drink, I don't drink and I don't plan on it. I can't even control myself when I am sober, I can just imagine how I will be if I get drunk or high! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

I will be excited that I can go everywhere like casinos and clubs with my the majority of my friends, who are in their mid 20's.

Siobhan, Your right theres a big to do here about 21. I'm sure if the drinking age started at 17 or 18 there wouldnt be such a craze.
