One of my friends sent me this as well and I was VERY impressed, however it did seem a little like a photography ad to me.

I've actually seen this video in the AKA forum, and it made me cry.

Saw this on a hair care board over the summer. This has got to be one of the most creative ways to propose.

Oh my goodness... I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I have never seen someone express their love like that, ever. It was creative, beautiful, and probably the sweetest and most loving thing I have ever seen. You can tell that he loves that girl with all of his heart and then some more, and then even more than that, and he's not afraid to show it to anyone. I hope and believe that their marriage will be blessed and that they will be happy together forever.

It's gorgeous and touching but in 20 years he may wish he had taken part of that money and put in his retirement fund instead. Or then again, maybe I'm taking the economic reports of recession and the grim news about people working until they are 75 because they can't afford to retire too seriously.

That was beautiful!

and a bit like an ad, but still BEAUTIFUL!!

I'd be pissed. I'd be thinking about the fact that we have no money left over for a wedding and no savings for our life together. I'm sorry, I don't mean to kill the mood, but that's just the kind of things I think about.

For the money he spent on the whole Westin room theme, he would have done better to get a part-time job at Starwood and use his EMPLOYEE rate for all the glitz and glamour.

You are right, sometimes we allow the "show" of a wedding to cloud our judgment!
