cops and robbers.. help

so what should i wear to a cops and robbers themed mixer? i just can't think of anything that i can actually wear (like actually put an outfit together).. help!!!

Dress up like a jewel thief.... tight, all black, leather, sunglasses, etc.

Watch any episode of COPS. You'll find a very interesting slew of ideas on what the criminals wear. Oops, ALLEGED criminals. Suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law...
