New film starring a brother....
 

Brother Powers Boothe called "The Final Season" opens this Friday.

Plus I take back my semi-negative comments about Brother Will Forte's movie....b/c on Saturday Night Live, he is actually damn good, i.e. "Macgruber".....

Powers Boothe is reprising his role as Senator Roark in the sequel to Sin City, which is said to be in pre-production and due out in 2010.

He did a movie called Frailty about 8 years ago that is going to be on USA Network this coming Friday.

Powers Boothe is one of my favorite famous alums because of a movie he did about 25 years ago called Extreme Prejudice that was filmed here in El Paso. He played a drug lord and had some pretty funny one-liners in that flick.
