New Chapter House at Univ. of Florida
 

An article gave a description of the new house. It is about 25,000 sq. feet and will house 72 women in suite type bedrooms with adjoining study rooms. Important common areas are parlor, media room and library with piano. The house meets all handicap accessibility and safety regulations. An elevator assures wheelchair access to all three floors.
The most interesting safety feature is fingerprint entry. Each member's fingerprint is recorded and used to enter the facility.

Their house looks amazing. Do ya'll know if it is new construction or a renovation? Just wondering.

Its new construction. The old house was demolished, and this one was built on the same lot.
