is there anything i can do???

hello everyone!!! my name is Imani I am a freshman in college and I am greatly interested in the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority but the chapter at my school has been suspended until 2010!!!! I really don't want to wait until I am a senior to join.....is there anything i can do???:confused::confused:
