Mixers and Frat parties
 

Do the 'top tier' sororities usually have parties and mixers with the 'top tier' fraternaties? And the bottom, least popular frats and sorority groups do get togethers?

So...what is your interest in Greek life? You go around spreading rumors about hazing then ask all kinds of questions like you want to know how things work. Excuse me if I think your questions are false! Are you trying to start up a fight by asking these silly questions?!?

We only mix with the guys who we let circle our fat. And you know they are all top tier!

Here's what I think is going on...she already said that her boyfriend is in a fraternity. So either:

He WANTS her to join a sorority, and she's here looking for excuses not to.

OR:

She wants to join a sorority and he doesn't want her to, so she's looking for people to tell her (so she can tell him, because she obviously believes that hearsay is proof beyond a shadow of a doubt) these things (hazing, wild parties, CIRCLE THE FAT) DON'T happen so she can convince him of it.

Everyone wants to be in a bottom sorority on my campus. This is because they always get the mixers with the top fraternities. It is kind of like the NBA draft. If you finish last in the league, you get the first pick in the draft.

After the mixer is over, they bottom girls and the top men get together to raid the school cafeteria and circled the fat on all of the meat in the refrigerator.

To answer honestly, the fraternities and sororities have officers who plan social events with one another. They create social calendars based on who the majority of members are interested with mixing with and if the other group shares that interest.

If there is such thing as a dumb question........
