so they stick with glue or are they magnetic?

An adhesive backing, so I won't be putting it on before I test it on an obsure part of the car to make sure you can take it off without scarring the paint.

I'd have to stick mine on my back window, when I get a new car. They probably are like those circular things you find Masons and Eastern Stars using. I have one for AKA, however, I didn't place it on the car, but on the back window instead. When the car was wrecked, I easily removed it. It's inside my back window for sentimental reasons. :D :(

These decals look better on the car, but....

My soror purchased one and says that they do come off but I will try it first on an obscure part of my car also...good tip! She also said that they aren't chrome all the way thru, just the outside coating is so they are not so hard to remove.

why did i think that they were fully chrome, or some type of metal, and magnetic?

well, i guess that's all you CAN get for $10, huh?

p.s. i'm glad they went and got tags with our letters. i emailed them like 4 times!
