torn- NEED HELP ASAP!!!!
 

Last spring I pledged Care Bears thinking that it was the greatest sorority evah. Now these girls just annoy me. All they ever do is sit around and compare who's stomach is cuter. The only fraternity that will even mix with us is the Snorks, which says a lot. I totally should've been a My Little Pony with my long, shiny hair. But My Little Pony is too cool for school and doesn't need to COB. I never even got a pin from Care Bears, but I hear that Strawberry Shortcake is having a COB party tonight. Can I still be a Raggedy Ann? I'm torn I totally love Care Bears but I want to be in a better sorority. Help me ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I say you have your mom call Care Bears' HQ to see if they'll send your paperwork over to My Little Pony. I mean, those rules about pledging other orgs, that's crap. No one listens to that cockamamie stuff. If My Little Pony is truly in your heart this semester, you should do it. Actually, when your mom calls, tell her to inquire about this thing called AI... she may be interested.

But, if none of that works out, there's no reason why you couldnt go to Raggedy Ann's COB events. They usually wouldnt mind a former Care Bear joining their org. Usually, though. I'm not saying they wouldnt ever mind.

P.S. Smurfs, Inc. is having an informational i heard. You should check it out. Wear as much blue as your can and be sure to tell them about your involvement with Care Bears - they'll be SO impressed!

I heart the Snorks, but the Wuzzles are where it's at. :p You should DA, transfer, re-rush, and become my sis in Rainbow Bright.

Oh sweetie, I feel your pain. But you say you want to be in a better sorority, and none of the four you mentioned is a top sorority nationally. Is your school so awful that those are the only houses on campus, or do you just know already that you could never be top-national-sorority material? Someone mentioned Raibow Bright, and I'm sorry, but the top national sororities consider Rainbow Bright to be wretched refuse just like the ones in your original post.

After all we did to try and keep you from deactivating from our house? Now you just go and be a complete snob on greekchat in front of everybody? You are trashing our house's name! You are making us sound horrible! We should have just let you go! I don't know why you think it's okay to tell people that we only mix with the Snorks! That is just bad PR! The greek system at State U is weak enough right now as is without a little prissy b**** like you going around venting your feelings publicly on a national chat forum! You should be ashamed! I know CareBears is ashamed in you! That is Un-Carebear like behavior!

Have you thought about alumni intiation at all? I'm sure the several My Little Ponies on this board would be happy to sponsor you. Not me, of course, I'm too busy. But someone else.
