And while it's two weeks behind, now that Congress is back from recess it's being talked about all over again as even today Congress is being called out for its lack of action.

I mean Congress has a worse approval rating than Bush right now. That says a lot.

What I find most surprising about that article is that it is from August 21 - BEFORE all the larry craig shenanigans! I can only imagine what those numbers must be like now...
